Lie on your left side. Tuck left knee under, lift knee up while lifting up on left arm. Stretch arm straight up then stretch it over your head. Hold for 10 seconds.

Bring arm straight up again. Now lift the right leg and hold for 10 seconds. Lower leg. Repeat on other side.

Come down on all fours. Stretch one arm out and opposite leg out. Make sure your back is flat and your arm and opposite leg are equally high. Head should be looking down. Hold for 10-15 seconds. Repeat other side.

Now relax your back by curling up in fetal position with arms outstretched in front of you.
