BASEMA

Energetic, joyful and lively are all descriptions by audiences who have seen Basema perform.

She is a skilled entertainer who combines her love of people and dance in every venue - for many kinds of events. Her restaurant performances have included Kabob House, the Desert Café and The Nile Café. She has a varied performance history, from Latin Merengue in the Dominican Republic to liturgical dance at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York. American Cabaret Belly Dance is her preferred style.

Birthday and graduation parties are favorites, as are events to raise funds for organizations such as the Red Cross, Kids on the Hill and House of Ruth. She has created Brownie Girl Scout workshops and “Mommy and Me” parties. Props always make the crowd happy. Basema is skilled in the use of finger cymbals (zills), veils and is well known for balancing a tray of lit candles on her head while dancing. You will be excited to see her sword balancing also.

Events available: Private Parties for all ages, restaurant featured dancer. No all male parties will be considered.
