R’aina is an international performer of Lebanese heritage. She made her stage debut at age 3 and hasn’t left yet. Formal training in theatre, music and dance allow her to adjust her performance style and connect with audiences in a way that’s uncommon, drawing guests in and making them feel a part of the performance.

As Meridian Dance Company's founder and choreographer, you’ve probably already seen her and her choreography at festivals, fundraisers and galas across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania, both as a featured soloist as well as ensemble performer. "My family is Lebanese. I grew up surrounded by belly dancers at weddings and festivals. Belly dancers were always around for the happiest moments – the celebrations. I enjoy being part of the celebration. Weddings are my absolute favorite."

At home in any venue, R'aina is available for weddings, galas, fundraisers, festivals, private parties and special events. All events are approriate for the whole family. No all male parties please.

Performance specifics are tailored to make your event special and one of a kind. R’aina can incorporate many different traditional and modern props into the performance based on your preferences and event needs. Zills (finger cymbals) swords, veils, candles and canes are all available for your event at your request. As director of Meridian Dance, R’aina can also accommodate requests for several dancers and requests for live drummers.
